2021 JUNE MTNT DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT

The MTNT Board of Directors and Settlement Trustees are pleased to announce June Dividend distributions to our Shareholders.

Date of Distributions: June 15
On June 15, 2021, a Regular Dividend distribution in the amount of $4.50 per share will be distributed to each Shareholder. A Shareholder with 100 shares will receive $450.

In addition, every Elder (a Shareholder age 65 or older) will receive an additional distribution at approximately $9.14* per share. Therefore, an Elder owning 100 shares will receive approximately $914 as an Elder distribution, in addition to the Regular Dividend distribution. *The Elders dividend amount per share is subject to change as it is based on the number of Elder Shareholders as of the date of distribution.

Dividend Date of Record: June 1
Distributions will be mailed to the address on record or directly deposited to the account on file as of June 1, 2021. Please update your mailing address or enroll in direct deposit by June 1 to ensure you receive your distribution accordingly.
