2025 DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTIONS ANNOUNCEMENT

The MTNT Board of Directors and Settlement Trustees are pleased to announce the 2025 Dividend Distributions Schedule to our Shareholders. Accordingly, a Regular Dividend in the amount of $3.73 per share will be distributed to each Shareholder on June 13, 2025; and our Elder Shareholders, those aged 65 or older, will receive an additional Dividend Distribution of approximately $5.98 per share on June 13, 2025 (the actual amount of the Elder Dividend Distribution depends on the total number of eligible Elder Shareholders as of the Record Date). Furthermore, a Regular Dividend in the amount of $3.73 per share will be distributed to each Shareholder on December 15, 2025.

Regular Distribution: June 13, 2025 

On June 13, 2025, a Regular Dividend in the amount of $3.73 per share will be distributed to each Shareholder. A Shareholder with 100 shares will receive $373. MTNT Elder Shareholders, those aged 65 and older, will receive an additional dividend of approximately $5.98 per share on June 13, 2025. Elder Shareholders with 100 shares will receive approximately $598 in addition to the Regular Dividend. 

Record Date, Address Change & Direct Deposit Deadline: May 30, 2025

Regular and Elder Distributions will be mailed to the address on record or directly deposited to the account on file as of 4 p.m. AKT, May 30, 2025. Please update your mailing address or enroll in direct deposit before May 30 to ensure you receive your distribution accordingly.
